RTF does not convert to pdf anymore - PDFmaker

New Here ,
Jul 18, 2024 Jul 18, 2024

For the longest time, I have been using Adobe Pro  to combine RTF files into one single PDF file.  All of a sudden it just stopped working.  I did not update anything at all.

It looks like it's about to convert anything nothing happens.

Sometimes i get a pop up that says: "No PDF file was created because  Adobe Acrobat encountered an idenitfied error. "

But most of the time it looks like it is about to convert on the Adobe tool and nothing happens.  Even if you try to convert from Microsoft Word, it looks like PDFmaker is loading then again it just stops.

Anybody else have this happen? I tried uninstalling.  Installing again on even an older version. No luck again. Updating. No luck either. This is happening to a few people at my organization as well.

Hey @Justine384084135ubz

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
If you're using a Windows machine, you can search for Acrobat Distiller, launch it, and wait for some time. The problem may be related to licensing. You should get a sign-in dialog if your application is not activated correctly. Log in with your Adobe ID and password, launch the application, and try again.

Let us know how it works at your end. In the meantime, you can convert your files to PDF using Acrobat Web: https://adobe.ly/3YaryHD
