Hello!
I am running into an issue with the Adobe Acrobat plugins for Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Any time I launch these products, I get runtime error 32815. After disabling the Acrobat excel add-in, the error went away. The issue persisted on Word and PowerPoint however and continues to pop up any time I open a .pptx or a .docx file.
I also tried running the apps in Rosetta mode, but that did not work. What additional steps can I take to remedy this issue?

Hi @SG0426,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble!
This is an error you see when Macros are disabled on your device. If you are using a personal account, you can go to Word-> Preferences-> Security-> change the selection for Macro Security to "Disable all macros without notification" if you would like to keep them disabled.
If not, the other method would be to allow them while keeping security intact. This would need you to enable them from the preferences.
You can get to the preferences folder by Entering ~/Library/Preferences in the Go to Folder input field.
Once there, change the values of the below Keys, as explained in the help article: Set preferences for macro security in Office for Mac - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn
Hope this helps.

Hi,
We updated the policy in Jamf and push out the settings change. This did not resolve the issue and we still are getting this error when opening PowerPoint and Word. Any other changes you would recommend?
