Buenos días,
Tengo un par de equipos en los que ciertos documentos PDF, al abrirlos con Acrobat Reader o bien enviarlos a la impresora, salen mal: mostrando símbolos raros; ilegibles.
Sin embargo, ese mismo documento, si hago 'Abrir con...' y selecciono el explorador Edge o IE, se ven correctamente y se imprimen igual de bien.
Lo primero que viene a la cabeza son las fuentes, pero ¿no se supone que acrobat debería sustituirlas en caso de no venir incluidas en el documento y no estar instaladas en windows?

Hope you are doing good.
You're right! This is a condition where fonts play a major role. So, the PDF file you are referring to probably didn't have the fonts embedded correctly, or those fonts were also not installed in your system either.
In such cases, Acrobat does use a substitute for them, but it's somewhere in 90-95% of cases where there isn't any copyright issue.
Try this solution and see if that fixes the problem. Open pdf and run the Preflight and select Fix Font issues

If it still doesn't work, then we need to re-create the PDF.
