S.O.S CON APLICACION ACROBA DC NO FUNCIONA

Cordial saludo a todo por favor la aplicacion siempre me sale este error, si alguien esta en la misma situacion despues de haber actualizado big sur en mi mac, que esta apliacion inservible, sin funcionamiento, sin utilidad practica..estuve asistencia y la verdad no pudo el asesor.... S.O.S con adobe DC....S.O.S

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you are getting the error 'Acrobat quits unexpectedly on Mac'
