Save and Save As windows stuck on blank, WON'T SAVE FILE

Acrobat DC Version 21.0 (latest update), created a new document combining files but it won't save, everytime I try to use Save or Save As there is a blank pop up and THAT'S IT, what can I do?

Hi Einteil Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to save and get a blank white screen Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20058. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Go to Edit ...

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20058. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when opening file' and 'Show online storage when saving file' > Click OK and reboot the computer once and check if that works.

Unchecking 'Show online storage when opening file' tip worked for me, thanks.
