When trying to create PDF/A document on MacOS using Print->Save as Adobe PDF, the process always crashes - see below. Other PDF types (like Standard, PDF/X, etc) work fine. Any hints?

Hi @md555

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please, update the application to the new version 20.05.30539 and reboot the computer once. Go to Help > Check for updates.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Let us know how it goes.

Hello,

Same issue here.

Adobe Remote Support tells me that "in the new version of Acrobat this feature is not available for Mac."! 😞

This is so important to my workflow! 😞

Regards,

Paulo
