Everytime I save as Adobe PDF, and try to open the file. It opens up in a email view, which then I have to drill down to actually open the actual PDF. Is there a way to switch the settings so the actual file directly opens without drilling down. See attached what it looks like after the file is saved
In Acrobat, there is no “Save as Adobe PDF”, so please specify what you are doing in what program on what OS (with the versions please).
I'm using the "Save as Adobe PDF" in GMail and Outlook on a Windows PC, which saves the emails into a PDF version that opens in the attached format. Once it opens in PDF/Adobe, I have to drill down to open the actual content saved
