Hi, I'm using Acrobat XI Pro. Whe I save as a jpeg the proccess skipping alot of pages not all of the pages are saved and when I watch the folder being saved to while Acrobat saving I see that the skipped pages are saved but being deleted immediately, I don't know what is going on. I tried to reinstall the software but still the same problem, can you help me, please.
Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version, and is no longer compatible with any current OS version, so problems are to be expected.
To increase the chances of it working properly make sure you have all updates installed (up to 11.0.23) and run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7.
Updates are available here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/ Replace "win" with "mac" if you have the Mac version (although on a modern Mac it will probably not run at all). You must use a dedicated FTP client to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.
