Save as Press Ready PDF not working

When I attempt to save a PDF this way I get the following message:

No Output Intent defined. In order to convert a PDF file to PDF/X an Output Intent is needed. Please define an Output Intenet in the Preflight preferences. 

How do I do this?

Answer is in the question: search for "Output Intent" in the Preflight fixup.

Only you or your printer know which one to use.
