Saving a fillable form

Aloha,

I am trying to save a fillable form and send it, but the receiver is only getting a normal PDF, not a fillable form.  What is the solution? Thank you!

How are you sending it?

Is the form still fillable after you save it, close Acrobat, and then reopen the form on your own computer?
