@Carly38928229vrhe when you are scanning the documents, what applications are you scanning from? A printer, scanner, and what one? A little more infromation is needed.

Are you scanning from a desktop or a mobile device. What works great is Adobe Scan on the mobile devices. It's designed to take advantage of your phone's camera to quickly and easily scan documents. And if I wanted, I can take those same scans and change it up in Acrobat Pro....which I seldom don't because Adobe Scan does an awesome job of scanning from a phone.

If I need to scan from the glass, I scan using my printer. If it's a small item like a business card, I do place a white piece of paper for the back of it so that the scanner kinda knows where the edges are. And depending on the orientation too....so, you can decide if you want it scanned as a portrait or landscape.

If you are just wanting to change the orientation, go to 'All Tools,' 'Organize PDFs' and you can change the orientation of the PDF. And re-saved with the new flipped pages...if you don't save, then you wll be back to square one

Use the Rotate Pages tool. Make sure you're not rotating just the view of the pages, as that is temporary and can't be saved.

Hi. I am having the same problem. Despite having the Acrobat Pro license, the option to organize pages does not appear in the PC app. I can only rotate pages, but it does not allow me to save. For now, I am using Adobe Acrobat (web version) to be able to use the 'organize pages' option.

Try disabling the new Acrobat UI, via the Menu button at the top-left corner.
