Saving incomplete webforms

I have published a webform, however I have received complaints from users that the webform times out or doesn't allow the user to save their draft and return to edit the form at a later time. How can I enable this feature.  Or does anyone knows a work-around?

What kind of "webforms" are you referring to, exactly?

This is the main difference between web forms and PDF forms: a PDF can be saved and filled later.
