Saving PDF Template

I use a template pdf to create my T&C's contract for my customers, however whenever I go to edit the file and try and 'save as' it overwrites the original.

This means I lose the document with the correct names etc and the file grows bigger in MB so I then cannot attach to emails.

What do you mean? You do a Save As under a new name and the original file is overwritten??

I only have the option to ‘send a copy’ as I use it on mobile and iPad - so when I send a copy to my
Files it overwrites
