Scale Image to fit Field on Interactive PDF?

I'm working on an interactive PDF Template so I can have someone else fill in the required information.

I have attached an image field so that my colleague can click it and upload their own images, however, the image will not fill the full area.

I was wondering if there was any way to set it so the image fills the area completely, I understand cropping would occur, however, if this were the case, is it possible to move the image inside this field.

I am using the "Add Image Field" from the Prepare Form tool.

Go to the properties of the field, select the Options tab, click Advanced and set the "When to Scale" option to Always or Icon is Too Big.

Try67's answer didn't work for me. My image will fill from top to bottom, but not side to side. The only way I can get it to work is use a disportionate squash.
