Scale pdf from top center

Hi,

I have pdf file and I need to scale it to 120% but not from top left corner or center of the page but from center of the top edge. Can you help me ?

If you had a blank page PDF, then imported the PDF file that you wished to scale as a layer:

Or if you had PitStop Pro, you could directly select and transform all objects:
