Scam or real email?

I received this email from mail@mail.adobe.com and I reset my password through the link. Is this email a scam or actually from Adobe? After considering this may be a scam I reset my password again by going to the website without using the link. Please let me know if you can help. Attached is the email below. I blocked out my email address just in case for protection.
