I currently own 2 brick & mortor locations that provide guests an experience in creating a signature scent. As part of the process, the guest fills out a physial form and we scan it (currently into Adobe Acrobat Pro Premium) for us to look up at later date...for online reorders or instore refills. (We now have 1000's of scans.) The current process is very slow and cumbersome. It takes a considerable amount of time to scan each card (sometimes the program crashes) and also to relook up the card/scan. Is there a better solution?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
There isn't another way round to scan the physical documents, as mentioned the application sometimes crashes.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20314 or 22.3.20322 (Win Only) installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
