I'm getting the script error below when trying to sign into a new installation of Acrobat Pro 2020. This is the second of two installations under the same license.
Any thoughts on how to get past the error?

Hi All,
Apologies for the trouble you are facing using Acrobat. The issue is under investigation.
Meanwhile please try creating the following registry key and see if the issue is resolved and you can login successfully.
Setting registry
1. Open Registry Editor from Windows Start menu
2. Navigate to path Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2020\Activation
3. On the right side panel, right click and select New->DWORD
4. Type the name of the key, IsAcroLicCEFDisabled
5. Keep the value as 0
Post setting this registry, try launching Acrobat and login.
Regards
Ravi

Hi Mary-Beth,
This sounds identical to the problem I was having and it followed my attempted upgrade installation of WIndows 11 (it failed) and the installation of PhotoShopElements 2024.
I am running 2020 Release (Classic) version 2020.005.30730.
I tried following a solution provided by jameso32010578 but I suspect I did not follow the instructions precisely.
I did a couple of uninstalls and reinstalls
I reached out to Adobe technical support and am still waiting a response.
One last try:
I ran CCleaner over my machine including the registry clean-up tool. It identifed some erroneous registry items associated with Acrobat 2020 and removed them.
I rebooted
I was able to re-install Acrobat 2020 with success.
I wish you luck.
