Script to auto save RJE file format to pdf

I'm looking for any script to convert or auto save all received RJE file into PDF file.

Yes.

No experience at all. Our plan is to convert or save a copy of RJE file into pdf automatically once it reached the incoming folder.

This is not possible with Acrobat.

is there any script that can auto convert any supported file? such as txt into pdf.

It will have to know the file's path. And it can't scan a folder for files.
