Scroll bar keeps disappearing

With the latest version of Acrobat the scrollbar is only visible when I activate it with a mouse and use the scroll wheel on the mouse. I use a wacom tablet, and don't manage to activate the scrollbar with the wacum pen, so working with acrobate is now a real pain. Is there any way to make the scrollbar stay visible at all times?
