scroll with Stylus instead of fingers

hello,

when i use my stylus it automatically writes even if i don't have the pen option selected, i know most people find it convenient to scroll with their fingers but i personally rather use the stylus for everything. is there a way to disable the automatic writing of the stylus and be able to scroll with it instead?
