Scrolling in Adobe will jump to a random page in the beginning of pdf

Hi, Just looking to see if anyone else has seen this issue before. One of our users will be free scrolling in a document, when it randomly jumps him to somewhere near the begging of the document. I've tried checking online for a solution but have had no luck as to why this is happening to them.

Hi @Cam245245890e72,

Sorry for the delayed response and troubling experience.

Please ensure the copy of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat/Reader > Help > Check for updates.

If you haven't found a solution to this problem, please scroll pages in an MS Word document or other apps and check if the issue is reproducible.

Also,  you may try the following:

  •  Update your mouse scrolling rate(Check OS settings).
  •  In order for it to use a scroll rate, you may have to select 'View->Page Display->Single Page Continuous' rather than just 'Single Page.' Fast scrolling works.

Let us know how it works and if you have any further questions.

~Tariq
