Search OCR recognized PDF filters

I want to search an OCR recognized pdf Latin dictionary by main entries only. I did the OCR recognition with Adobe Acrobat, but the search returns ALL the entries for that words scattered through the dictionary. It can be hundreds! Confusing and unpractical. Is there a way to search the OCR recognized dictionary so that I get only the main entry for that word? I am on Windows 10.
