Hi @Sunny233119449b32 ,

+++ EDITED REPLY, I meant to say Microsoft 365 not Office365

I just ran into this same issue today, and I was trying to figure out how to include Ondrive online folders to be indexed on Windows File Explorer.

But as I was reading through Microsoft support forums, a user brought up that the ability to do that was removed with a recent OneDrive update.

However, one possible way that you may be able to explore is to open your Microsoft 365 suite with Microsoft Edge web browser.

All of Micrisoft 365 apps seem to integrate well under Microsoft Edge, plus the apps work even faster on that browser platform when compared to their desktop counterpart versions.

One caveat though, if this is something you need at work (i.e. enterprise environment),  Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 is already integrated but the network Admin must grant access to the users the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 connector app in order to interface interoperability between Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft 365 apps and the Microsoft 365 cloud (but I may be partially wrong with this assumption).

If this is for a personal home office computer , try and see if this still works:

Hi @Sunny233119449b32 ,

You can use the Advanced Search functionality of Acrobat to search the pdf files. To do so , please follow the steps:

  1. Open Acrobat
  2. Open Advanced Search (Ctrl+Shift+F (Win) or Cmd+Shift+F (Mac))
  3. Select "All Documents In" option and then select the required directory (Sharing screenshot for reference. OneDrive can be selected if it is connected)
  4. Enter the keywords in search bar and click on search.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks but search field of mine was greyed out. I subscribed Pro on iOS but according to Adobe I cannot access it on Windows. I am forced to unsubscribe from iOS and subscribe on Microsoft. Is there better alternative?
