I need to be able to create security settings that looks like the below but also allows for the user to be able to insert another pdf or page. Under Properties - Security - Change Settings, I have not been able to adjust the settings in that way.
If I check off "Restrict editing and printing..." and then select "Commenting, filling in form fields..." under "Changes Allowed", "Document Assembly" becomes "Not Allowed". However, if I select "inserting, deleting and rotating pages", everything below it is "Not Allowed" like "Filling in form fields", which is something I need to be "Allowed"
In my case the user should be able to only insert a page without being able to delete any original pages.
How can I do this? Is it possible? Is there some sort of work around?
