Hello,
We have an issue with the Logistics team. When they print DPD invoices that use the SegoeUI font, the fonts in Teams and Outlook appear distorted after some time. They then need to reset the fonts and restart the computer. They are using Adobe Standard (licensed) software, and when printing with other programs, the font does not get distorted, but they do not want to change the default program. I found that Adobe previously had a "use system fonts" feature, but it’s no longer available.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind checking if this has been done:
Go to Print-> Adobe PDF-> Printer properties-> uncheck "Rely on system fonts only, do not use document fonts"-> OK.
Also, I suggest updating the app to the latest version, as we shipped a fix in a previous release around this issue.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear about your experience.
Are you on Windows 11 using the Windows Protected Print (WPP)?
If not, would you mind trying to enable the WPP feature, and re-install the Adobe PDF Printer? Steps can be found here: https://adobe.ly/42do8FR.
If you are not on Windows 11, you can try the above workaround and let us know if it works for you.
