Hello folks,
I have a PDF order form with JavaScript (a bit on the heavy side) in it. Its mostly used to:
It works properly on Acrobat or any browser. But when we send it via Request E-Signatures option in Acrobat DC Pro or the adobe website the scripting breaks completely. We want to use this send for signatures feature as we are working with not-so-tech-savy customers at times where as they use extremely outdated software or do not have meant to open other than an old internet explorer or mobile phones etc.
Is it possible to consistently use the Send E-Signatures feature while the above functionality working via JS? or is it expected that complicated JS would break in this feature
Thanks in advance
Umut
JavaScripts and calculations are not supported by e-sign.
There is nothing you can do.

Use regular Digital Signature fields instead of Adobe Sign if you want your scripts to continue working.
