Sending agreement in Dynamics CRM using workflow/plugin

Hello,

I made a workflow using adobe's activities inside dyanmics crm, but it's sending the agreement via email twice. How can I fix this?

Even the agreement sent notification email that's sent to me gets sent twice.\
