Sending documents requesting e-signatures -- which version of Acrobat is required?

hi, I am trying to send a document for requesting e-signatures using adobe acrobat but guidance indicates "Open the PDF form in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. From the global bar in the upper left, select All tools. Then select Request e-signatures.".

But in my adobe acrobat the option of selecting "request e-signatures" is not available; do I need adobe acrobat pro for this?

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan. The option to request signatures is available with Adobe Acrobat Pro. To know more about how to please check the help pages listed below:
