Sending edited PDF-file without opening in the Adobe program

How can I send the edited PDF-file to another person, without going directly into Adobe program, when the person opens the atached file?

If we understand correctly, you are willing to send a PDF file to someone without opening it into the Acrobat desktop application. Is that right?

It is possible to share the file without opening it, but you cannot use Acrobat's share feature. That means the share function would be only Windows "Share" available on right-click menu. 

Select the file from Windows File explorer> right-click on it> select Share or Send; you will have the available options there.
