Sending PDF for Signature- Links/ Comments gone

Hello, 

Running Adobe DC & Windows 10, once I've saved a link(a reference doc PDF) or added attacthment as comment , they are not showing up for internal review, once I've sent document for e-sginature, choosing a "signature field" for manager. I need to be able to have internal/sensitive documents for review, that I dont want to be saved with the signed document ( ie combing files etc)
