Server Error when trying to send bulk emails for signatures

I am trying to send my first bulk email for signatures and when I try to send it, I get this error messge:

The provided email is not the Sender. Only Sender signs First/Last is supported.

Does anyone know what I may have done wrong?

I just realized the problem. I have changed the email address on my Adobe account since I created this. Any way to fix this?

I just tried recreating the form but it still gives me the same error.

FYI, I ended up scrapping the pdf and starting from scratch. Not ideal.
