Can anyone assist?
With online support not able to resolve bugs in Pro DC after 3 hours wasted, can anyone provide telephone contact details for a UK based service support telephone assistance?
Apparently, Adobe online staff cannot fix the bugs unless matters are escalated and that can take weeks!

Sorry but no help so my companies cannot use defective software the provider cannot fix so will seek an alternative for my companies' use of not working adobe.
1. The Adobe phone support will of course be the same people.
2. You may now get lots of messages giving you contact numbers and emails. THEY ARE LIES !! Scammers are waiting to get your money, your Adobe password, to access your computer, and worse.
If there are actual bugs, of course they must be escalated. A different department fixes bugs, and it may be months.
But most people are very bad at deciding what is a bug. Consider describing your problems here -- we are not Adobe but we have a lot of experience of Acrobat.
Many thanks - I appreciate Abobe will take months as two calls were cut off after being on hold for 15mins - seems Adobe use the technique to cut backlogs! Eventual online 'assistance' proved to be worse than useless as the absolut promise to fix transpired into 'dunno mate'!
Just Adobe being adobe so now seeking alternative supplier!
