set comment text box font defaults in acrobat standard 2023.008.xxx

the "make current properties default" option on right-clicking the text box does not seem to exist any more and acrobat is not taking my last font setting as default automatically. 

Can someone please tell me how to set font defaults? thx

fyi while I still can't find a "make current properties default" option, I confirm that the text box font defaults do carryover to other text boxes if I don't get out of the add text box mode (if that makes any sense)

I do see the make current properties default option on right clicking all the annots.

Could you please help us with below queries for us to better understand the issue:

- Is the option available for other types of annots and only not available for Add text box?

- Is it always reproducible?

-Is it happening for a particular file, or for all the files?

- What is the version of acrobat that you're on currently.

At last, it would be great if you can share a small screen recording of the issue for us to reproduce it at our end and get it resolved as soon as possible.
