Set default page insert location in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC

How do I set the default insert location for adobe acrobat standard DC insert document function? I use this all the time to maintain client notebooks, inserting scanned paper notes to the top of a file. Unfortunately, AAS DC always offers to insert after the page it opens to. So EVERY time I do this, I must use several clicks to correct it. Can I set the default location to be the beginning of the document? (Before page 1)
