Do you prefer to set the default zoom level for the bookmarks you add to PDF in Acrobat? It is possible now.
The Set Default Bookmark Zoom Level menu item is now added to the PDF bookmark options.
When creating a new bookmark, you can easily use this option to set the default zoom level. By default, the Inherit Zoom option is selected.
Here is how you can setup the default bookmark zoom level when creating a bookmark:

- Open the page where you want the bookmark to link to.
- Use the Select tool to select the area of the page you want to bookmark.
- Then click on options icon and go to Set Default Bookmark Zoom Level
- Select the required zoom level for the bookmark created.
You can also keep page number unchanged while adjusting the zoom level of multiple bookmarks
Acrobat now provides an option in the bookmark properties to retain the destination page number when you adjust the zoom level of multiple bookmarks. Here are the steps:
- Open the Bookmark panel.
- Select the bookmark from the list.
- Click on the options icon and select Properties > Actions > Go To A Page In This Document > Edit.
