Setting Default zoom option in image hyperlink

I am generating Table of Figures in a Word file. After I convert this word file to PDF, the Link properties for Zoom option shows "Inherit Zoom". I want a solution to set another zoom level for all my image hyperlinks (100+) in one go. Currently, I have to set it separately for every image hyperlink.

This is not an image link, but a link to a specific location in the file. At any rate, the answer is no.

What can be done, though, is to change all those links after they are created, but that requires using a plugin or a stand-alone tool, like this (paid-for) one I've developed: https://www.try67.com/tool/batch-edit-links-zoom-level
