Since you are using new UI try:

  • Click the hamburger menu (≡) in the upper left.

  • Go to FileShare File — this can make Share button active if it’s hidden.

Or try to revert to old UI and then try instruction from my photo, after that enable new UI again.

Hi @ZJW_EOC,

Thanks for reaching out. If you are unable to see the share button, there are likely the following two reasons:

1. You are using an offline version of Acrobat - aka Classic Acrobat, no online services.

2. Your IT admins have disabled the feature.

If you have Acrobat Pro DC version, check with your IT if they have disabled online services.

Hi Tariq,

I didn’t reach out to you about a share button.

Can you show me the original message just so I can be sure there’s no one accessing my account without authorisation.

Thanks

Hi @ZJW,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out!

It seems the tagging algorithm did not catch the complete username of the initial reporter and instead tagged you.

Your account is fine, and you can relax, as it cannot be used without authorisation.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,
Souvik.
