Shared commenting Adobe Acrobat

Hello,

I have a pdf file with shared comments. I saw the comments yesterday and it was okay.

 

When I opened my file today I got this MESSAGE:

 

Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access.

 

OR THIS ONE:

Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat did not get a response from the server. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

 

I tryied restart, checked the updates of Acrobat, turned it off and on. Nothing worked.

Please help.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

Also try to crreate a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
