Shared Review comments dissapear

Hello all,

can you help to understand a problem reported from a user that uses shared Review?

It seems that after the user has changed the windows password is not able to see own comments, but if I try to open the documents, I'm able to see the comments.

Another different case  all comments of other documents are shown as "user name"  On behalf of…., Also I see the same thing.

She is using Acrobat Pro ver 2023.

It happens for existing documents. If she tries to inizialize a new shared review it works fine.

Is there some setting option to do?
