We use the Shared Review function of Adobe Acorbat Pro DC, Version 2022.001.20117, and a new hire is not able to complete the procedure because when she she enters the path to the shared network folder, Acrobat Status says: Unable to create the shared folder.
Without more information, we don't know what to do. She can participate in shared reviews as a reviewer, so she has access to the drive they are located on, but she can't initiate a review.
There are five other people on the team that have the same permissions, and it works perfectly for them.
Has anyone experienced this or know what to do?
