show a dialog box if fields are blank

Hi

I have a form with a couple of fields, some of those fields are mandatory, and the user shouldn't save or print the form without filling those two fields. if they try, a message should pop up to fill in those fields.

I have attached the form, in the requestor section (section 4), the name, date & checkbox are required fields. the user shouldn't leave these blank.

there is no button in the form & I don't want to use any button here.

your kind help will be highly appreciated.

The user can save or print the form at any time, whether you like it or not. Required fields apply only to actually submitting.
