Show linear in Acrobat Pro DC as default

Hello...

I checked the checkbox for displaying linears when opening a document in Acrobat Pro DC, but everytime i open a pdf-file the linear will shown just for some seconds. Then the linears hide automaticly...

How can i fix it?

Info: In the English software this checkbox is "Show rulers when opening documents" under "Units & Guides".

This are the rulers.
It is working in version 21.005.20048 of Adobe Acrobat DC.

No, it doesn´t work... Everytime i start Acrobat Pro DC it will show them for a few seconds. Then they will hide automaticly...
