Hi All,

In Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, I can't find Show Online Storage When Saving Files after clicking Edit, Preferences, General. Please assist.

What an irony, I could find it in Adobe Reader. Thanks

Hey there,

The option you are looking to save files online, this option was introduced with the Document Cloud version of Acrobat and Reader. Acrobat XI wouldn't give the option for saving files online.

I believe you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader which is Acrobat Reader DC, that is the reason you get the option to Show online storage when saving/opening files.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hey,

I think you need to expand one of the option listed above- Recent places, Libraries & Computer. I guess it might be because of changed "view" settings.

On the same window (attached in screenshot above) down at the bottom, do you see an option to change its view? If you could share the complete screenshot, I may would be able to see it completely.

Thnaks,

Akanchha
