Good morning,
I have had the bug for a while andd have not been able to figure out a cure. I have a licensed copy of Professional. I have loaded the program on my PC at home and my Surface Pro 9. The copy on my PC shows the login information on the upper right corner on my monitor when I use it. My hurdle is on my Surface Pro. I can use the program without a hitch and works great. For some reason, the Sign In at the upper right corner will not allow me to sign into my account. I have asked this question before and time has passed on me before I was able to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Doug

Hi @doug815
Hope you are doing well.
Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to sign in on your Surface Pro? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity.
We are here to help, but we need more information.

Hi there
If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Good afternoon Amal,
I apologize for the delayed response. The resolution I received from you has seemed to work so far. Crossing fingers! Thank you so much for the assistance. I have an odd question. I am working on a PDF form for a golf tournament. I will admit I am a novice when it comes to programming formulas for Adobe. What is the best way to get an opinion on how to add this possible enhancement to my form. I enjoy learning about what I am programming so I hope to see how the programming works. Any opinions would be appreciated! Thanks again Doug
