Sign-in popup

Community Beginner ,

Adobe Acrobat Pro is my default app to open pdf's in.  I pay almost $90/month to have access to Creative Cloud apps, including Acrobat Pro.  Still, whenever I open a pdf, a window pops up wanting me to sign in.  If I sign in, I am prompted to buy a subscription plan to Adobe Acrobat Pro.  Besides, when the sign-in window pops up, I am already signed it.  How do I make this stop?

Hello Jeff!

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

If you are getting the sign-in loop with the Acrobat app, as well as other apps, you can try the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/4kMQQ7x

https://adobe.ly/420HXzY

For Acrobat, please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20432 Planned update, Mar 11, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/3DCI5fO

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hi @Jeff22297756a305

Apologies for the the trouble you have faced using Acrobat. Could you Please confirm you are signed in with your Adobe ID in Creative cloud desktop app and other Adobe apps are working fine.

Please also share the Acrobat version you have on the machine.

Also as a workaround, please try uninstalling the Acrobat you have on the machine and install again from Creative cloud Desktop app.

Regards

Ravi

I am signed in.  All apps work fine, except for the pop-up that wants me to sign in.  The Acrobat version is 2024.003.20180.  Below are screen shots.

I have the same issue, but i'm having it with other adobe products (e.g. photoshop and illustrator) the pop-up comes every time even though I already signed in and have full plan. I'm very confused. Super afraid that it's a spam...
