Sign-in To Adobe ISSUES

Is anyone else having issues signing into their Desktop Applications of Adobe Acrobat DC or PRO.  We sign in with our username and login and the application just spins spins spins with a blue circle and then it closes down Adobe or sometimes we can an error.  We did an update on June 22, 2023 and ever since that Update we can't get into Adobe anymore.  I have an open up ticket from support through their online chat, but I have been passed from one rep to the next rep.  I think I have been through 10 reps now.  Last rep said they would upgrade my status and have someone call me back at a specific time and I asked if it would be today or tomorrow.  They said they try for that date or the next.  Well that was three days ago and no one has called at all!  My ticket is still open and I submitted another ticket again today. No one has responded to that ticket.  This is so frustrating.  Our office uses PDF's for everyting and production has stopped and people can't work.  I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled from our servers.  I have even went back installed older versions to just see if that would work.  It's like the stupid authenicator that says HEY ADOBE I have a license I signed in and paid for this upgraded version is not talking to the Mothership to say authenicate me and let me into the software.  Sometimes I get an error message that says, "it could be us (Adobe) that is having issues, but try again...".  Why can't Adobe reps help me or figure this out.  What is the issue, why is it not connecting.  I have an internet connection clearly because I can get online an login to Adobe, but I don't do my stuff in the cloud, because all my other software that needs adobe is not in the damn cloud.  Has anyone had issues since last week on this?  This also happened in February and I got the run around by Adobe and then two weeks later Adobe fixed something and it worked.  So Frustrated right now.  I have been working on this matter since last week and have gotten no where.  This is an SOS!!!  Does anyone know what the issue could be or has anyone received help from Adobe on this?

If you are still experiencing sign-in issues, ensure that the connection is not intermittent.

Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html. 

 

If you still experience the issue, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.

Also, share the ticket number created with the support so we can check with the team.
