hi all,

A user in our company who uses Adobe Acrobat in Adobe Cloud cannot use the Signature option, which is available in the online version of Adobe.

In a document the option for Signatures on the left side of the screen are all greyed out.

Would anyone know how we can activate the signature option in the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat?

@Patrick37858097pgnk  I bet you are using the new, 'modern' Acrobat? You might have to disable to new version of Acrobat to get that feature back. I, too, have noticed this issue with signatures and the desktop verison of Acrobat.

In regards to e-signing, in general, Adobe seems to be migrating away from desktop to 'in the cloud' functionality.
