Signature is nog being saved

I want to save a signature so that when I open adobe next time I only have to select the signature or initials. but saving doesn't work anymore

Please ensure that you check the box to save the signature or initials once you add the signature/initials. Check the screenshot below:

Hi Meenakshi,

I have tried this of course. This only works in the application, but not in Adobe online.
