signature is not working

Dear All, 

I am trying to use fill and sign but each time I click "add signature" a blank grey page openining. I also tried from tools- certificate- digitally sign. Same problem here, when I try to add signature same blank grey page I think it selects all page, I turn it normal via clicking "esc" button. 

remarks: I am using macbook and my acrobat version is 2021.011.20039. when I click update it says it is up to date.

Please help.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Signatures > Creation and Appeareance > Unchek 'Use Moder user interface' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.
